Will’s first professional brewing job was at the Salt Lake Brewing Company Squatter’s Pub in Salt Lake City. Moving north, he started a six year tenure at the Snake River Brewing Company in Jackson, Wyoming, where he was the inspired creator of such brews as the Discombobulator Mai Bock. At the Moat, Will’s current endeavors have nurtured his love for creating full-flavored malty beers. Look for the Liquid Courage Mai Bock in the spring, Opa’s Oktoberfest in early fall, and (the name is no joke) Fall Bock soon after.
