AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Brewer

We are seeking an experienced brewer for our production facility. The ideal person for this position is
professional, organized, ambitious, and has 1+ years of brewing experience. Responsibilities include
wort production on our 20 BBL Brewhouse, general cellar duties, and assisting in packaging when
needed. Salary depending on experience, health insurance offered, flexible scheduling.

  • Work on your feet all day, lifting, bending, reaching

  • Follow work instructions, S.O.P.’s and safety protocols

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Move 150 pounds and lift 50 pounds

  • Valid Driver’s license

  • Tolerance for a work environment that is regularly wet and humid, with various temperature ranges, that can be loud and around chemicals.

  • Flexibility to adapt to task changes based on production requirements.

Brewery Production Operator

Responsibilities include working on the canning line, cleaning and filling kegs, warehousing duties, and general facility cleaning and sanitation. This is an entry level position with the opportunity for advancement and pay increases over time

hOST

  • Responsible for greeting all guests while demonstrating genuine hospitality and professionalism.

  • Set the stage for an exceptional dining experience through making every guest feel welcome, accurately quoting wait times, seating guests and accommodating their needs.

  • Communicating to your team members any special needs prior.

Server / Bartender

  • Provides timely service that enhances guests’ experience.

  • Suggestively sell beer/food items to customers.

  • Take food/beverage orders on a PAD and sends to kitchen or bar.

  • Collects orders from kitchen/bar places on trays and serves to patrons.

  • Bartenders must have prior experience and drink knowledge.

  • COMMUNICATION WITH TEAM MEMBERS, front & back of the house.

  • Computes bill and accepts payments on PAD.

  • Requests proper identification from customers when legal drinking age is questioned.

  • Removes, empty or dirty glasses, plates, and bottles/cans and returns them to bar or kitchen.

  • Performs daily/nightly side work duties.

food runner

  • Responsible for delivery of food orders in a timely and accurate manner.

  • The Food Runner is often the last set of eyes on the plate before it arrives to the Guest and as such must possess an attention to detail.

Cook

  • Set up your station and participate in prep, line cooking.

  • Be detailed oriented & consistent about the quality of food, checking food before its plated.

  • Be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef, additionally seeks out collaboration to produce better results.

  • Ensure that all health department regulations are followed, and that the food preparation area is kept sanitary and safe.

  • CONSTANT COMMUNICATION WITH TEAM MEMBERS, front & back of the house.

  • Welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

Food Prep

  • Responsible for preparing food for customers and for cleaning and maintaining your area.

  • Quickly and efficiently prepare delicious, consistent, and well-presented food items that will.

  • Ensure consistency in product through adherence to company recipes.

  • Minimize food waste.

  • Ensure that all health department regulations are followed, and that the food preparation area is kept sanitary and safe.

  • Clean, stock and maintain kitchen area.

  • Welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

Dishwasher

  • Work in a team-oriented, high-volume & fast-paced environment.

  • Ensuring guests and team members have a spotless, clean, and safe environment and equipment, including: • Cleaning dishes, silverware, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, etc.

  • Stocking and restocking supplies for servers and cooks.
